**Any cancellations will be announced on local radio stations, on our website at www.pirec.org,

or by calling our hotline at 764-2510. If make-ups are to be played, coaches will inform players

with advanced notice.

**Games are to begin precisely at their scheduled start time and players are encouraged to

arrive at least 15 minutes early to warm up.

**Uniform pants are to be returned to the Pool Field building on Thursday, August 4th

between 10:00-6:00 PM.
